Legal review pending. This page describes how the site works today. It is not a finished set of terms.
The service
RailScope publishes free updates: original headlines with the source, date and link, plus dated public-notice figures. It does not publish per-article summaries, and it does not require an account.
A free monthly Follow summary of new awards for one company is available with double opt-in. We email a confirmation link first. Nothing is sent until that link is used.
Mention Monitor
Mention Monitor is €99 / month excl. VAT for 1 company. It covers one company: rail press in the agreed feeds and TED tenders and awards, delivered by email, with Excel export. A 7-day trial can be requested. Payment is by invoice. There is no card checkout on this site.
Nothing is charged from a form. Scope and any continuing invoice are agreed by email.
Using the site
The pages are information, not legal, procurement or investment advice. Check the linked source before you rely on a headline or a figure. We may change or stop a free update.
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, and do not republish another publisher’s text. Rights in original articles and images stay with their owners.
Liability and law
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only where an essential duty is breached, and then only for the typical foreseeable damage. This does not affect liability under the German Product Liability Act.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
