Transdev Launches Daily Train Service Between Malmö and Oslo

Transdev's Swedish subsidiary, Snälltåget, has officially launched a daily train service between Malmö, Sweden, and Oslo, Norway, effective today. This new route marks a significant expansion for Snälltåget, making Norway the fifth country served by the company, which already operates rail services to Denmark, Germany, and Austria.

The train departs from Oslo every afternoon, arriving in Malmö by evening. Conversely, the return journey from Malmö to Oslo takes place in the morning, with an arrival in Oslo by midday. This schedule is designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers, providing a convenient option for cross-border travel.

In addition to the new Malmö-Oslo service, passengers can connect to Snälltåget’s night trains that run to and from Hamburg and Berlin, enhancing the travel options available for those looking to explore further into Europe.
